Privacy policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

This policy explains how Sensuri Casa handles personal data on sensuricasa.ch. It applies the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where relevant, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible

Sensuri Group, sole proprietorship of Catarina Alexandra da Silva Piteira, Rue de Gruyères 106, 1630 Bulle, Switzerland. Email: info@sensuri.ch, phone +41 78 241 68 52.

2. What data we collect

  • Supplier applications: name, company or brand, email, phone, website or Instagram, product category and your message.
  • Contact form: name, email, phone and your message.
  • Waiting list: your email address and your consent to receive news.
  • Technical data collected by our shop platform when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser, device and pages viewed, and the cookies needed for the site to work.

3. Why we use it

To assess supplier applications and talk to suppliers about working together, to answer your messages, to tell people on the waiting list when the shop opens, and to keep the website secure and working. The legal bases are steps taken before a possible contract, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running the site, and your consent for the waiting list.

4. Who processes it for us

The website runs on Shopify (Shopify International Limited, Ireland), which may process data in Canada, the United States and other countries under the safeguards required by law. Messages sent through the forms arrive in our mailbox info@sensuri.ch, hosted by Hostinger in the European Union. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Supplier applications: up to 24 months after our last contact, or for as long as we work together. Contact messages: up to 12 months. Waiting list: until you unsubscribe or until 6 months after the shop opens. Technical data: as set by Shopify.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion or a copy, object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@sensuri.ch. Every waiting-list email has an unsubscribe link. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to your national data protection authority.

7. Changes

We will update this policy when the shop opens and whenever our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
